"Beautiful Outside Right Now" is Rapheal's second solo exhibition represented by Pencil on Paper Gallery. This exhibition held at the Atelier Gallery by The Green Family Foundation, is a visually strong and voluminous follow-up to Above Us, his first solo show back in 2022. The premis of this body of work is the beauty that we neglected around us. We all overcame harsh obstacles during the pandemic of 2020 which made us evolve. We were forced to look into ourselves and see our beauty, grow and bloom into stronger more beautiful forms. The time made us reflect, embrace what was important, shed the negative and come back out as new beings. Coming back outside was a time of appreciation for the surroundings that we are blessed with.
