Investing in yourself, mental, physical spiritual is a major focus taught by my family while growing up. I viewed a video of a Magpie trying to drink out of half full bottle on a hot  day. The very intelligent bird figured that if it dropped pebbles into the bottle, the water will rise to drinking level.
